- Tickets are not exchangeable from one event to another.
- A full ticket transfer (change of ticket holder's details and recording access) is limited to one time only, and a request must be submitted via the Ticket Transfer request form by Thursday, 7 August 2025, 11 AM. Any request made elsewhere or after the deadline will not be entertained.
- Ticket holders who are unable to attend the event may personally give their ticket to someone else to attend on their behalf, while still retaining access to the recording. No ticket transfer is required.
- Only participants with valid tickets (minimum age of 6 and above) are allowed inside the hall.
- Children below the age of 6 are strictly not allowed to be inside the hall.
