Broken but Beloved

Where Faith Begins After the Fall

Description

What if what feels like a burial is actually the beginning of roots, the very thing it takes to bloom?

Sometimes it is only in the darkest hour, when nothing seems to go right, that in our most fragile moment we realise there’s nothing left within our power except to rely on the Best Helper, Allah (s.w.t.).

Let us ponder upon this Qur’anic verse:

أَحَسِبَ ٱلنَّاسُ أَن يُتْرَكُوٓا۟ أَن يَقُولُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا وَهُمْ لَا يُفْتَنُونَ (٢)

Do people think once they say, “We believe,” that they will be left without being put to the test?

(Surah al-‘Ankabut 29:2)

Here’s a dose of reality: sometimes when life is too comfortable, we tend to forget the One who blessed us with abundance. At times, we even begin to believe our success is our own doing.

But when everything is taken away, that is when the heart awakens. In losing, we find our way back to our Creator and the pure reason for our existence.

What if the trials and tribulations He places in our lives are not meant to break us, but to rebuild us to be worthy of Jannatul Firdaus?

Allow Mufti Menk to guide you through healing from sorrow, heartbreak and the storms of life.

After all, sometimes the path that feels like a detour is actually the one leading you home.

In this session, our speaker will address:

  • How to build inner strength during our darkest moments
  • How to heal from heartbreak and sorrow
  • Why we must learn to let go of the past
  • How to stop feeling lost in this dunya

Join us for Mufti Menk’s event, where he will share ways to grow after the storm.
