Mustafa Briggs Live in Malaysia

Born and raised in London, United Kingdom, Shaykh Mustafa Briggs is an author, historian, speaker and specialist in Islamic History and Global Muslim Civilisation, with a dedicated focus on the intellectual, spiritual, and cultural legacy of Africa and its diaspora.



He is a graduate of Arabic and International Relations from the University of Westminster, and has a bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies and Arabic from al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt.



Furthermore, he has authored 3 books, which include Islam and the Making of the Modern World, Beyond Bilal, and Beyond Bilal: Black History in Islam. Two of his books became the #1 Amazon Bestseller in West African History and the History of Islam, respectively.



In addition to that, he has been featured by Al Jazeera, Islam Channel, BBC Radio, CelebrateMercy, Sacred Footsteps, and Sapelo Square. Plus, he has delivered over 100 lectures globally in North America, Europe, West Africa, and the Middle East.
